THEATRE director Shira Milikowsky’s parents weren’t just super supportive of her career choice, her mother has even become an investor in her latest production as well as a co-producer.
But Rebecca Gold Milikowsky isn’t your run-of-the-mill mother, she is a Tony Award-winning producer, who has been involved in countless hit shows.
Shira’s latest show Oscar at the Crown — which is booking in London until the end of August — had its gala event last night after a couple of weeks of previews.
It has been an eight-year journey to get the show — described as “the dystopian dance party musical” — into the West End.
